The congregation is made up of all sorts of people from the local community. We meet to worship God, to share fellowship, and to try to live out God’s mission in the world. We try to get involved in what’s happening in our own area, and we also support international charities such as Christian Aid.
We have a strong worship team, who between them lead our regular Sunday morning services, as well as a Thursday evening ‘Zoom’ service and other activities.
We are part of the Bury, Rochdale and North Manchester Missional Partnership: this is a group of 12 United Reformed Churches who are working together to identify and fulfil our mission to the local community. We share two full time Ministers, Rev Richard Bradley and Rev Daniel Harris who are working with us to enable and encourage us in our local service to our communities.
We have a team of elected Elders, who serve the church through decision-making, planning, organising, serving Communion, and in lots of other ways.
